Staxx Racing Shines at the Winter Extravaganza

We’re kicking things off with a massive shoutout to the Staxx Racing crew and all who support us because we absolutely roared into the spotlight on February 8, 2025, at the South Georgia Motorsports Park Winter Extravaganza event hosted by Staker Productions.

The event was a high-octane celebration of automotive excellence, thrills and unique experiences. In addition to racing and drifting, the event featured a car show and our team took home the coveted Best Domestic Award! Proudly proving once again that our modified 2018 Hellcat has the show AND the go! We had a blast showing people the car and letting them experience it up close. The dedication paid off with a trophy that’s now part of our legendary history, transcending the car and our brand in to an award winning category of special vehicles recognized for excellence. Congrats to Biff and the team, your hard work and passion are what makes the Goldmann Staxx name legendary.

Bitcoin roller coaster takes a dip

Bitcoin’s Wild Ride – kicked off February hovering around $98,000 but faced a steep decline as global economic jitters took hold. By mid-month, it dropped below $90,000 following a $1.5 billion “hack” of Ethereum from the Bybit exchange and looming U.S. tariff threats.

The month closed with BTC dipping to an intraday low of $78,000 – a plunge from its January peak of $109,000. Despite the bearish turn, some analysts see this as a healthy correction, with whispers of institutional buyers quietly stacking piles of corn for the long haul.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, we took a wait and see approach to this month’s price action. While Bitcoin news and data remains bullish, the rest of the crypto market is clearly lagging behind. The next question remains is this just a temporary sell off, or have global conditions initiated a change to the trend.

Altcoin Struggles

Ethereum, Solana, and XRP weren’t spared this month either. Ethereum has shed over 20% year-to-date, while XRP teetered near $2 down 35% from all time highs.

Other crypto sectors like AI and gaming crashed even harder, with losses up to 85%, making Bitcoin the relative outperformer in a battered market.

As mentioned in our last newsletter the ETH chart shows us the possibility of ending a 3 year consolidation… we just didn’t expect it to be to the downside! We will continue to monitor this situation closely as support at $2000 is tested.

A small adjustment to the trendline…. no worries bull market resume!?

ETF Outflows & Macro Pressures

U.S. Bitcoin ETFs saw record outflows in February, including a jaw-dropping $11 billion exodus on February 25.

Analysts point to fading “carry trade” appeal and President Trump’s tariff threats as key drivers of the sell-off. Still, hope lingers for mainstream adoption as regulatory shifts loom on the horizon.

Amid the chaos, sovereign wealth and hedge funds are reportedly eyeing Bitcoin, and some predict a “Bitcoin arms race” between global powers like the U.S. and China. Could this be the spark for a 2025 recovery? Stay tuned!

With Bitcoin dipping below $90,000, dollar-cost averaging is adding more weight to your stack. In this game, volatility is our friend – stack those sats, stay patient, and keep your eyes on the long game. When getting started, try to focus on accumulating more bitcoin and not focusing on the dollar value amount. #raceforsats
